Information We Collect: We only collect direct information when you request a custom report. In such cases, we collect your email address for the purpose of delivering the report. We also ask you a series of high-level, generic questions to understand the business area you are focusing on. It is expected that the information shared in response to these questions will not contain any personal or identifiable information.
How We Collect Information: All information is collected through a form using a third-party service. Currently, we use Typeform for this purpose.
How We Use Information: We use your email address solely to deliver the requested custom report to you. The information you provide about your business area is used by our automated AI tools to generate the report.
Information Sharing and Third-Party Services: We do not share your email address with any third parties outside of our core team and company. However, please be aware that we utilize several third-party services to provide our services:
Data Storage and Protection: We store your email address and the information you provide in the business area questionnaire for a period of 14 days after the report is generated. After this period, all data related to the request, including the email address, questionnaire responses, and the generated report, will be permanently deleted from our systems to the extent that we have direct control and visibility. Because we utilize third-party services for data collection (e.g., Typeform), data storage (e.g., Airtable), and AI processing (e.g., Google Gemini), complete data deletion depends on these providers' policies and capabilities. We will delete the data from our own systems within 14 days and will also submit deletion requests to these third-party providers if they offer such a mechanism. However, please be aware that these providers may have their own data retention policies, backup systems, or other mechanisms that are not visible to us and therefore outside of our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete and irreversible deletion of your data from these third-party services. We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policies of Typeform, Google Gemini, Airtable (or any other services we may use) before using our service to understand their data handling practices and your rights regarding your data with them. To ensure the security and reliability of our service, we utilize reputable, established technologies for our infrastructure. We do not use custom-developed infrastructure at a foundational level. Our custom code operates on top of these trusted platforms or on my local machine, which is protected by biometric fingerprint authentication and a strong password.
Compliance with Data Privacy Principles: While we are not currently required to comply with specific comprehensive data privacy regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) due to the limited nature of the data we collect (email addresses and high-level business information) and how we use it (report delivery and generation), we are committed to adhering to industry best practices for data privacy and security. We believe in transparency, data minimization, and providing users with control over their information. We will continue to monitor relevant regulations and adapt our policies as needed to ensure we maintain these high standards.
User Rights: You have the right to request the deletion of your form submission, including your email address and the information you provided in the business area questionnaire. Upon receiving such a request via email to [email protected], we will delete the data from our systems and confirm the deletion within 5 business days. Please note that while we will delete the report from our storage, we cannot control the recipient's copy of the report, as it has already been delivered via email. It becomes their responsibility once they have received it.
Data Breach Handling: Due to the limited time we store data (14 days), the risk of a significant data breach is minimized. However, in the unlikely event of a breach, we will conduct an internal investigation and notify the relevant third-party service providers (e.g., Typeform, Airtable) to coordinate a response. If there is any confirmed loss or unauthorized access to email addresses, we will promptly notify all affected users via email. Because the email addresses are not linked to any passwords or payment information, the risk of significant harm is considered minimal, but we will still take all necessary steps to address the situation.
